We are seeking an energetic “Inbound Tour Manager” to join our team to manage and promote our Inbound Tour Business.

Who are we!

We take our work seriously and work passionately. We are an IATA accredited Travel Company with branch offices in Maldives and Malaysia. We have now successfully setup the infrastructure to commence the tourism business in Sri Lanka. The company has already gone forward with a 24x7 online business operation and has contracted rates with all suppliers. This has helped in commencing our business to selective markets.

We now seek an experienced and dynamic Manager to take over the operation and bring in value additions to the business.

We expect the Inbound Tour Manager to have :   

• An excellent knowledge of worldwide destinations (first hand travel experience is highly desirable)
• The ability to create Sri Lankan holiday packages with full costing.
• Strong sales and marketing skills in order to acquire clients.
• The ability to be creative and prepare brochures and fliers for distribution as a medium of promotion.
• The ability to customize, plan and execute itineraries for specific groups.
• The ability to aggressively and proactively seek new partnerships in order to increase our clientele.
• A comprehensive knowledge on business trends in the travel and tourism market.
• Ability to use any & all tools available at his/her disposal to gain a competitive advantage for the business.

Qualifications and Experience required :      

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capability.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English is essential (skills in an additional language is preferred)
• Must be a result oriented manager who is able to drive your team to dedication and meet given target.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including a proportion of weekends. 
• Working knowledge on Amadeus, Abacus, Galileo or WorldSpan would be an advantage.
• Ability to use of Microsoft Office: i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications comfortably and productively.
